Trains:
Satara is the closest station situated 45km from the Panchgani hill station. From Satara, one can reach Panchgani by Maharashtra State Transport buses or hire a private vehicle. Some of the below trains links to Satara from major cities:

- Nagpur to Satara Train
- Kolhapur to Satara Train
Buses:
There are direct buses from Pune and Mumbai to Panchgani. A wide range of buses are available such as superfast, deluxe, AC, Volvo sleeper, luxury, Non AC, AC Seater and Sleeper buses. Apart from Government operated buses i.e. Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) and Maharashtra Tourist Development Council (MTDC), there are a private operators offering bus services.

In an area of 3.8 hectares are available areas of 80-100 square meters, of course separated by shrubs and trees that offer thick shade able to accommodate caravans, motorhomes, tents. In these areas there are also autonomous electricity and water supplies.
